As Business Development Director, I led strategic marketing and business development initiatives across the Southeast, supporting municipal water and wastewater clients throughout Georgia, Alabama, and Florida. I managed the development of competitive proposals, qualifications packages, presentations, and interview materials for public utility contracts while collaborating with operations, engineering, and executive leadership to develop winning strategies. I created marketing collateral, graphics, maps, technical narratives, and client-focused communications that clearly conveyed the company's capabilities and value.
I also implemented and managed CRM data (Pipedrive), coordinated conferences and industry events, developed targeted outreach campaigns, built relationships with municipal leaders and industry partners, and supported the expansion of the company's Mission Critical Environmental division. By combining strategic planning, compelling visual communications, and relationship management, I helped position ClearWater Solutions as a trusted partner for municipalities seeking innovative water and wastewater management solutions.
